PRE-COMPLETION, POST-COMPLETION & END OF WARRANTY SURVEYS
A full internal & external home snagging survey, including FREE thermal imaging, will be carried out checking a wide variety items including:

Brickwork, Render, Cladding & more….
WHEN?
We will work with you to arrange your survey at a time that suits you & weekend surveys are available. Depending on the size of your house your survey could take between 3 & 6 hours although you don’t have to be present if work commitments won’t allow it.
WHERE?
We cover a large part of The UK. Please send us an enquiry to confirm whether you are within our catchment area.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
Within 24 hours of your home snagging survey taking place you will be sent a fully detailed report. This will consist of pictures, descriptions of all issues found & thermal images if necessary. It will be in an email format with an attachment that you can forward to your developer. We keep things simple whilst compiling the report as it’s beneficial for everyone involved. As a result of this we have had many developers & maintenance teams comment on how they prefer our method rather than trying to over complicate things by writing long & unnecessary drawn out descriptions of the issues we find. On receiving your report your developer will then arrange for your defects to be rectified, free of charge & at a time to suit you.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Drone Photography & Video
Why not have an up close & personal survey of your roof & everything that’s not accessible from the ground? This includes tiles, guttering, chimney, solar panels, velux & dormer windows & anything else. We’ll also include some great aerial shots & video to show off your new property & surroundings.

As part of your survey, why not give yourself peace of mind that your new home has been built exactly to the architects drawings & instruct us to professionally measure each individual room.

De-Snagging
After your developer has worked through the issues highlighted on your survey, as an additional service, we will re-attend to carry out a 2nd survey to ensure everything has been rectified to the correct standards.

End of Warranty Survey
Your developer issues you with a 2 year warranty on completion of your property. Having an additional inspection carried out towards the end of this period will ensure any further issues that may have appeared during your first 2 years can be addressed, free of charge, by your developer before the end of their warranty period.
