“My partner and I had our property snagged by Alan and we were extremely impressed. Alan had managed to identify things that we wouldn’t have spotted ourselves and was very thorough in his work. We had the report list sent across to us the next day, and have been able to get the builders rectifying these issues ASAP so we are able to still move in on the agreed completion date. The builder even commented on how good Alan was at spotting the issues and mentioned that we chose a very good snagger. My partner and I are so glad we decided to go with Alan to get our house snagged as it’s given us peace of mind that our first home will be handed over to us almost perfect.”

“Quality Home Snagging really are the professionals. From first contact, the admin, the actual snagging service and the report they have been 5 star. Alan took his time to check EVERYTHING and he spotted lots of things we would never have noticed. His advice was “you’ve paid me to do the snagging, you just enjoy looking round and finding out how everything works” this is the best advice ever and I completely trusted him. We have had the report the same afternoon and have forwarded it to our developers. Alan said “the house was a great example of a new build”, but I am still really pleased we had a professional come and snag our Bloor house it has been so reassuring.”
